Reno Energy Forum

Abundant and affordable energy benefits all citizens, creates jobs and empowers people to have a better future for themselves and their families. Unfortunately, counterproductive renewable energy mandates drive up electricity costs, harm our economy and reduce consumer choice.

Let’s have a conversation about Nevada’s energy future and how YOU can take action to make a positive difference!

At the Summit, expert speakers will equip you with objective information:

  • James Taylor, Founder and President of the Spark of Freedom Foundation and author of the Nevada Policy Institute’s Guide to Energy Policy

Empowering ratepayers and empowering economic growth by ending utility monopolies and renewable energy mandates

  • John McDonald, Silego Technology Vice President of Marketing

Providing affordable and reliable power to fuel the high tech jobs of tomorrow

  • Joe Rajkovacz, Western States Trucking Association Director of Governmental Affairs and Communications

Western States Trucking Association is America’s oldest independent nonprofit trucking association. The WSTA has been involved in numerous federal legal challenges targeting US EPA and CARB regulation of the trucking industry
